Mail order tadpoles? Where to find?

We recently did an indoor butterfly habitat with the mail order caterpillars. (I've got 9 butterflies in my kitchen right now) We have had so much fun with it, we've been feeding them with droplets of nectar on our finger tips and it really tickles. Now, I would like to give the tadpoles a try. I know I've seen an ad for a habitat that comes with mail order tadpoles on some website in the last day or two but I can't remember where I saw it. Anyone have any info on it?

I just saw the habitat at Target yesterday in the summer section (with pool stuff, bubbles, sand toys, etc). It has the certificate inside to mail in.
