  Analeigh doesn't just LOOK like it would be pronounced "Ahna", it would be pronounced that way. That is the correct pronunciation for the name Ana. 

  I think you should go with Anna Leigh. As long as you always call her that, people will know it's a double name.

  Definetly Anna Leigh or Anna-Leigh as all of the others make me think "anal"

  I like Anna-Leigh. This is probably not the popular opinion, but I tend to like hyphens for double names.

  I would spell it Annaleigh. When I see Analeigh all I see is Anal eigh. Sorry just my opinion.

  Thanks so far for opinions....I never once noticed "Anal" that is just too funny!  Although that wouldn't deter my opinion for liking it lol

  I like Annaleigh!  I'm planning on Annalee for my daughter's middle name.  (Because of her grandmother's middle names Anne and BeverLEE).  It's still not off the list as a first name.

  It's a pretty name, but I wouldn't use it because of the "anally" jokes.  Kids are cruel.  I like Analeigh the best, though.

  This. "Anal" was the first thing I saw when I looked at this name. I am sorry, but I agree that kids can be incredibly cruel, and it seems like this would be a recipe for some vicious teasing. I like Leeann, Leighann, Leanna, Leighanna, etc. much better. It is a pretty combination, but only in this order.
