So here I am on week 8 and I am getting the hang of things.
- Going out to eat still bums me out but I have learned I can eat a small amount of one thing I crave using my weekly points. Oh those weekly points get abused when I go out to eat!
- I am not trying to cook healthy at home. I am eating frozen meals for lunch and dinner almost every night. I try to match what the family is eating: Tuesday is pasta night in our house so I will break out the Lean Cuisine Lasagna. I figure once I get to my goal weight I will start easing into cooking for myself.
- I seem to have 3-4 points left over at the end of the day. Since according to WW I am supposed use up all of the daily points I have gotten creative on what to do with them.

15 Lay's Potato Chips = 4
3 Oreos = 4
2 Double Stuff = 4
5 Ritz Crackers = 2
The problem is just eating that small amount. So what I do is count out what I can eat and either DH will finish off the container or he hides the container and brings it to work with him.

Thought this might cheer you up and add some variety in the mix and they really do taste good:
Ingredients:
3 cups of All Bran
2 and a half cups of warm water
1 box of Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix
1 and a half teaspoons of baking powder
Directions
Mix the water and the All Bran together and let it sit for about two minutes.
Add the Betty Crocker low fat brownie mix, and baking soda
Mix, mix, mix
Spray mini loaf or cupcake tins with some Pam and bake in the oven
Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes and then let cool
Recipe will make 24 Weight Watchers one point muffins or 8 Weight Watchers three point mini loaves.
