Speaking of schedules/cycles

Why is it that whenever we have an appointment (like today) that DS is super hungry and needs to nurse 2-3 hours exactly before the appt??? It's like he knows I'm going to have to be somewhere and he wants to make sure I will have to find some place to nurse while I'm there. At some point my Ob/pedi are going to start getting cranky that I'm holding up their exam rooms a half hour longer every time I go because he is wailing from being hungry by the end of my/his appts.....

    I absolutely feel like this! Anytime I actually have an appointment or a specific time to be somewhere with DS, it's like he randomly changes his schedule and does this same thing. Any other day, I can predict how he will be down to within 30 minutes...it's like they KNOW. haha

    This is why I always have a bottle od breast milk in the fridge. If she happens to need to eat before we go or if I think she needs to eat when we first get there I'll bring it. When we get home I pump and voila, another bottle is ready. Solves the problem.
