I really like Isla. It was one of our top choices, but friends and family we told didn't really know how to pronounce it when it was spelled out.
Calia is ok, not my style.
Everly is okay, I like its different style it sounds a little British like Emma, Gemma, Emily, Chloe, Charlotte, etc. The more I think about it I like it.

Isla - LOVE .... it is getting more popular (huge jump from 08-09), but is still pretty far down on the SS list so you might be alright, depending on your personal definition of non-traditional
One thing to consider- if you name her Calia and you are pronouncing it Thalia, she will FOREVER be correcting people on how to pronounce and spell her name.
I like the name Talia (don't think I would want to deal with a name as complicated as Calia... the pronunciation doesn't match the spelling? I feel confused).
Not a fan of Everly... I feel like it's trying too hard to fit into the "Eve/Ava" trend without being, well, Evelyn or Avery. Also, for some reason it reminds me of Everclear (moonshine).
Isla, as pp's have stated, is rising in popularity. Very pretty name!
I don't understand how Calia is pronounced Thalia? What language does that come from, where C is pronounced like a T? I like Thalia.
Isla is a beautiful name. It seems to be getting popular, but it depends what you mean by popular. When you read these boards a lot, certain names start seeming more popular than they are, because they are gaining ground among a certain crowd. It went from being a name I'd never heard before to being a name I hear occasionally within the span of 6 months or so, and that feels like a dramatic difference. In the real world, however, it's still ranked very low. There is a chance that it will become the next Ava or Olivia and skyrocket up to the top 10-- you never know-- but for now it's sufficiently uncommon.
Isla and all names similar (think Lilah, Layla, Leila, Ayla, Ada, Ava, Ivy, etc.) are the IN thing right now. You would be sorely disappointed to find out just how not original a choice this is.
Everly - see above. Another name that's riding the popularity train, thanks to the craze of E-names for girls (think anything that can result in the nickname Ellie, Emmy, or Evy/Evie).
Calia is your only safe bet, but it's by and large my least favorite of your choices. I'm skeptical that it's even a real name. And the pronunciation issue would give me second thoughts, if I were you.
Suggestion: back to the drawing board. There are plenty of original choices out there. You just have to do some research.

She didn't say the C is pronounced like a T. It rhymes with Thalia. (Cal-yah). I wouldn't have known that though because I would have said it as Ca-lee-ah. I think it is pretty but you will probably experience some pronunciation issues.

I hate Everly. Trendy, made-up name.
Honey, you need to do some research.
