My dd just started to watch TV......like this past week.
I have been trying different pre-school shows.
The one she LOVES is Mickey Mouse Club House!!!
She loves Mickey!!
We are taking her to have breakfast with Mickey at one of the Disney Resorts...so much fun!!!
Re: So Does your LO watch TV?
Hudson has his shows he enjoys on Nick Jr.
Yo Gabba Gabba (only on late and in the afternoon)
Wonder Pets
and
The Backyardigans
DS - 5/2010
DD - 6-2013
TTC #3 - Cycle #9
It does make it easier when I am making dinner or prep her food.
BTW I love the picture of your dd, she is so cute. I love the butt sticking out.
luckily, dd is pretty good with playing independently most of the time but for some reason in the mornings she just isnt having it.
and thanks! yankee said that there's a hispanic owt that says the butt thing means they are asking for a bro/sister. now whenever i see her sleeping like that i think of the owt...and how it's not happening (anytime in the near future at least)
yup, the tv normally is only on childrens shows during the day and then daddy comes home and she wont pay attention to it then.
but she LOVES Super Why and watchs some of Dinosaur Train, and Mickey Mouse Clubhouse.
Yes. She likes Sesame Street and Elmo is her BFF.
Recently it's started catching her attention every so often while DD1 is watching cartoons in the morning, but DD2 doesn't sit and watch it yet.
Jackson LOVES Mickey Mouse Clubhouse!! He pays no attention to the TV until the Mouse comes on and he will stop in his tracks. In fact, it's the theme of his first birthday party this Saturday.
I'm waiting for the anti-tv people to come into this post with guns blazing.
I'm embarassed to admit that my husband and I watch a LOT of tv. I don't like E watching tv, but it's just on a lot. She doesn't seem to pay attention to it. When I notice her just sitting there staring at the screen I turn it off and play with her or turn music on instead. I think the less TV she watches now, the better.
