I have honestly worked in OB for many years & had never heard of this (I have worked in four different high-risk hospitals in three states). It is apparently THAT rare. I googled & after several articles, I think I would talk with my OB about the risks. I think it depends on where the constriction is, and if it's low, there's more endangerment to the baby. I don't know if there's a way to monitor the constriction via US, but ask if that's a possibility. I also gathered that there's a higher risk of uterine rupture than most VBAC moms, which makes sense b/c it acts like scar tissue & if the incision is close to the constriction, it weakens it that much more.
I don't have anything to add, but I wish you the best.
