Hyponobabies/ Hypnobirthing

Does anyone know of any Hypnobabies or Hypnobirthing classes in Dallas/ Plano (or surrounding areas)? Or have used a doula that is certified in either practice. I would love any recommendations. TIA!

    I was looking for one when I was pregnant with my son last fall. There was one woman who did classes but she moved out of town and did not know of anyone else. I ended up buying the supplies and was going to do it by myself. The stuff came just one week before I delivered my son.  I have heard it works wonders! GOOD LUCK!
