Induction scheduled!

    How exciting! good luck! Its nice to have an end in sight.  I have a repeat c/s scheduled for thursday though I still have my fingers crossed I'll go into labor before then so I can try for the vbac

    Good luck!  I had an interesting doctor's appointment today.  My fluid levels have gone back down, and my doctor is concerned about them.  I think she was going to decide to induce or do a C-Section tomorrow, but instead she's giving me one day to rest and really drink TONS of water and she's going to check me again tomorrow.  If they're back up tomorrow, we'll play it by ear from there I guess, but if not we'll have to decide if we're going to try to induce or just schedule a c-section.  

    She also thinks the fibroid isn't what's keeping the baby from dropping - its pretty much out of the way now.  She doesn't know if there's some other problem (e.g. the shape of my pelvis) but my baby is still measuring just under 7 lbs, so she thinks that's not an issue... 

    I really hope the induction goes well for you!  On one level, I felt a bit of relief today to think the end is coming near, you must feel the same way!

    Thanks for the update. I hope your fluid levels go back up. Please continue to update me. Looks like both our babies may be coming soon.

    Good luck today, I'll be thinking about you!

    It turns out I got my fluid levels up yesterday, so I'm just back to the waiting game.  But then, I think I lost my mucous plug this morning - it was clear, but it was definitely mucous, so maybe something is actually happening...?  

    Have a great induction - I'm really hoping you are able to deliver vaginally, but if it's a c-section, that it isn't too long and painful of a labor and that whatever happens, you have a beautiful birth!
