Peg Perego Primo Carseat users

DS is absolutely slaying me right now in the car.  He screams bloody murder.  He has had 2 ear infections that have coincided with screaming fits in the car but he is currently not showing any of his typical other ear infection signs.  The owners manual says that the infant insert can be taken out.  Have you done it?  Did it provide DC more space?  I am beginning to think that this kid is claustrophobic or maybe just dramatic Stick out tongue

    I've been wondering about that too.  Neither DH or I can figure it out though.  So sorry for the screaming baby!

    Cooper screamed bloody murder in the car for a LONG time... I don't even know when it stopped.  Sometime before he was one, but it got to the point where I just tried not to have to drive very far.   I think some kids just hate the car.  Moving Cooper to the convertible car seat didn't change anything so getting more room didn't help him.   For a while I was able to distract him by giving him Mum Mums.  Or turning the radio up really loud.  Or opening the windows.  But any of those solutions were short lived..  I'm sorry.  It's awful when your baby is so unhappy.
