OBGYN - Deptford Area?

Hi Girls.

Looking for a new doctor in my area. Current doctor is in Philly, but I want to start seeing someone closer to home.

TIA

Re: OBGYN - Deptford Area?

  • I see University Doctors in Sewell.  They are fabulous!  The practice has both midwives and OBGYNs.

  • I see Patty Madden and Dr. Leisa O'Flynn at Women's Health Care of Mullica Hill. The wait times can be ridiculous, but I would do it 10 times over for the comfort and satisfaction I had with my birth experience.

Hi Stacy - I'm having the same problem. Did you find a doctor?
  • Yes. I went with Dr. DiJoseph. He has an office in West Deptford and Mullica Hill. I really liked him, as well as the nurse practitioner who works there too.

  • I live in West Deptford & this year, I started going to Penn Medicine at Woodbury Heights & I absolutely love the group ~ I'm 23 weeks pregnant.  The office is a new satelite practice for Penn Medicine and has multiple speciatly groups at the office - OBGYN, Primary Care doctor, Sports Medicine, etc.

The OB doctor - Dr. Uma is amazing and all the midwives are great.  Wait time is never an issue and they have evening hours if you need.  The only thing is you will deliver at Pennsylvania Hospital at 8th & Spruce in Center City.  It's an amazing and reputable hospital, but I know for some they want to stay in NJ.

     Best of luck
