Looking for townhome/duplex to rent near/around Downers Grove...any realtors?

Hi Everyone!
We just recently had our first baby last year and we're now running out of space in our current home. We're looking to move closer to the Downers Grove/surrounding area.
If anyone knows of any towhomes/houses for rent in that area or knows of a realtor that might be able to help us, I'd greatly appreciate it! We'd like to try and find a place under $1300/month if possible. We prefer a 3 bedroom but would consider a 2 bedroom.
We are non-smokers, however we do have a well-trained cat that we love very much. Thanks so much in advance!
