I go in Tues night/Wed morning at 3am...and I know I will be in that same boat!! Good luck tomorrow...are you dilated or effaced at all??? Just curious to see if anyone is going in with the same situation as me!
I know what you mean! I'm going in tomorrow morning to be induced also and I feel like it's Christmas Eve, I'm not going to be able to sleep at all. I have no idea what to expect. Good luck tomorrow!
I totally did not sleep the night before my induction. I told the nurse that morning, it's like the night before you go to Disney World! It was IMPOSSIBLE to get my mind to relax long enough to get any sort of sleep.
I'll warn you, it's also hard to sleep the first night the day the baby is born. I kept him in my hospital room and stayed up holding him all night long...bonding. I was EXHAUSTED the next day, but it was the best night of my life so far and the lack of sleep was completely worth it.

I am at a "good 4", so says my dr! My problem is that I was still pretty thick...so hoping I've thinned out a little more. Good luck to you!

I am going in tonight, and was told that I'm not dilated (as of Friday) but "thin".

Ha! I thought is was hilarious that they told me to get a good night's rest at home when they pushed me back from going in at 6pm to possibly going in at 6am. My husband and I both pretty much stayed up all night.
Perk...it made sleeping through labor pretty easy.
Re: Sleeping the night before induction...
