Safety gate

We need to get on the ball and get a gate for the top of our stairs and also for the bottom. We have some (what seem to me) irregular measurements but wanted to see if anyone had any recommendations (or types/brands to stay away from). I'm feeling a little overwhelmed...

We love our dream baby gate. We got it from diapers.com for a really good price with some cash back money. Its SUPER sturdy.

We have KidCo brand gates - they make a bunch of different ones depending on whether you want pressure mount (bottom of the stairs) or hardware mount (top of the stairs). They're not cheap but they're really good gates.
