Ladies who BF/Pump

How often do you change your nursing pads? I frequently only leak around two times per day, first thing in the morning after DS sleeps through the night and the second time is after a hot shower (when I get one). So I never really soak through any nursing pads, I rarely have more than a few drops and that is mainly after the shower. I am just starting to wear the pads more as I am going out more with DS and having more people over to the house, but it seems like I'm wasting money to change them every time I nurse DS because they aren't at wet. Do you change them every time you nurse, or if not, how long will you go on one pair? (I use the disposable kind).

I RARELY leak anymore. I used to at night when DS would sleep for longer stretches. I change them once a day, right when I wake up in the morning because night is usually when I leak if I do.

My leakage is apparently out of control, as I have to change at least one of them nearly every time I nurse (the side I nurse from 2nd is usually at least half soaked). The other day, while DS was on one boob, the other boob leaked through the nursing pad, my bra, my shirt, and baby's onesie. I thought his diaper had leaked until I looked down. Ugh. I hope this ridiculous leakage tapers off soon!

I don't leak too bad but I still wear them because I dont want to ruin my tanks and bra's especially at night. I usually change them like every other day since they hardly get anything on them.

I've been able to cut back to just changing them in the morning and at bedtime. I leak a ton at night if DD decides to sleep longer than normal but no longer really leak during the day.

I put on new ones after I shower every day (well almost every day). I find that I only seriously leak when DD sleeps unusually long stretches but I do drip a little after nursing and occasionally have a letdown when I'm not nursing so I still wear them.

I change the side that wasn't nursed on after a feeding, and whenever they're wet. Sometimes that's 2 times a day, sometimes it's with every feeding.

I only change them once a day (if i even wear them). I usually just go without and change my shirt if i leak because I hardly leave the house anyways.

Once a day (or more if needed). If you aren't leaking, why change them more?

I feel you... My boobs leak non-stop and are out of control. I call them squirt gun boobies...

I leaked alot with DS so I change them a few times a day. This time I haven't leaked at all or really got engorged so I tend to just be fine using the same ones all day.
