A dumb question... what is the deal with size 1-2 pampers swaddlers?  Is the progression from size 1 to 1-2 then to size 2?

    Yeah there seems to be a big jump between Pampers sizes so 1-2 is like a half size.

    Yeah, they are kind of an in between - almost like a 1.5.  We never used the half sizes with DS and don't plan to this time around either.  We prefer to stock up on each whole size and just know that they will be big in the beginning and a little tighter in the end.

    There's also a size 2-3 Pampers, too.  Costco diapers do this at size 1-2, also, which we are using now because they'll fit my little monster up to 15 lbs instead of the 14 lbs for the Pampers.  And they're less expensive.
