My OB is sort of small-town and old-fashioned, and he told me to stay close to the hospital after 32 weeks because with babies this close together, it's more likely that you'll go into labor sooner respective to your EDD.
Just wondering if that's based in fact, or more of an OWT.

however labor came on it's own & she was out within 6 hours (from start to finish)- so it was a lot quicker.

Well I have other reasons for having to stay nearby, some cervical issues, etc. It's just that the way he said it it sounded like more of a general belief as opposed to specific to me.
I love that my docs believe in OWTs. It makes me feel more... homey? Is that the right word?
Thanks for your responses though, I was really curious!
