Knock off a feeding once a day for a few days and give your body and baby time to adjust. End pumping sessions about 5 minutes early as well. In about a week make it 2 sessions etc.. But I will warn ya...I stopped almost 2 months ago and I miss it so much! I am really considering re-lactation! But any BM is better than none at all and congrats to you for providing your baby w/awesome nutrition. GL
I weaned suddenly as well I just gave her lotts of cuddles and tryed to make it as quiet and relaxing as possible and placed the bottle near my nipple so that it almost seemed like she was nursing eventually she got the hang of it I think it was 3 feedings and she was fine. Unfortunatley I had to do it early on. GL

Well if nothing else you could pump and dump, reducing your pumping gradually just for comfort.
