Blue cheese dressing

i know it says everywhere to avoid soft cheese; and I'm pretty sure it means blue cheese as well, but does the same rule stand for blue cheese salad dressing ?? can you have the dressing minus the chunks of cheese in it?

    Since it is bottled and meant to be shelf stable, I am guessing that the cheese it is made with is pasteurized, so that should be fine.

    And even if it isn't technically ok I can tell you I have been eating it the entire pregnancy and I've been 100% fine and so has baby :)

    Everything in moderation! I hate bleu cheese in any form, but I love feta and ate it during my pregnancy. My OB had told me most soft cheese you buy in the US are pasturized but just eat it in moderation.

    My OB told me blue cheese dressing was absolutely fine to eat.
