Stuffed tomatoes,so easy too! Ground beef or turkey diced green pepper salt pepper onions powder or minced onion. Brown meat with diced pepper. Hallow out a large hot house tomato for each person. Mix about half cup of cheddar cheese in hot beef mixture and fill tomatoes when melted. Bake at 350 fir about 20 min. So yummy and juicy!

We rarely go out, because I am a good cook, and it's way cheaper to make meals.
