Jillian Check in!!!

Hey ladies!!!

How is everyone doing?  It has been a few days!  I hope all the shredders out there are sticking to itnow!  And everyone else who is doing or thinking of doing a Jillian workout!  I know the Ripped in 30 is out- anyone doing it!

AFM- I was at L2D2 of 30DS, but went on a mini-break down in FL, so I slacked off 2 days.  Started back today at L1, just to get back into into it.  L2- tomorrow...

  • Hey there! I have gotten so off track. It seems its been one thing after another for the past few days. I had a car wreck Friday night. We hit a deer but everyone was okay thank goodness. Saturday we had to go out of town. Sunday we literally worked on our house from sun up to sun down. Monday and Tuesday, my best friend came in town so I slacked off with her. I am determined today to get back on that train though! It will be D4L1 for me.

  • Hi!  I'm new to this board.  I'm planning my first Shred experience tonight.  Can't wait.  Surely, only 20 minutes of exercise is a breeze, right?  Wink

  • Yay,  I did L1D10 last night, back to L2D3 tonight!  I find the best motivation is to just put my workout clothes on.  After that, the 20 mins doesn't seem so bad...  Is it just me or does the first set in the workout feel like the hardest of the 3?  Or is my blood just pumping which makes the other ones feel easier?

    Juper- welcome!  The first workout KILLS, but it gets better every day!  I took my measurements before I started and I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first week!  Oh, and what a coincidence...  I live in the Queen City, too!!

  • I ordered one of her 30 day dvd's on amazon for around $10, and am hoping to get it in the mail this week, because I have my 6 week checkup this upcoming week and hope to get cleared for more intense exercise :)  I hear it is a bit rough, but hopefully I can stick it out!
