How is everyone doing? It has been a few days! I hope all the shredders out there are sticking to itnow! And everyone else who is doing or thinking of doing a Jillian workout! I know the Ripped in 30 is out- anyone doing it!
AFM- I was at L2D2 of 30DS, but went on a mini-break down in FL, so I slacked off 2 days. Started back today at L1, just to get back into into it. L2- tomorrow...

Yay, I did L1D10 last night, back to L2D3 tonight! I find the best motivation is to just put my workout clothes on. After that, the 20 mins doesn't seem so bad... Is it just me or does the first set in the workout feel like the hardest of the 3? Or is my blood just pumping which makes the other ones feel easier?
Juper- welcome! The first workout KILLS, but it gets better every day! I took my measurements before I started and I lost 2 inches off my waist in the first week! Oh, and what a coincidence... I live in the Queen City, too!!
