Adrian had a beautiful schedule, nap around noon, for two hours and bedtime around 9. He usually slept 10 straight hrs a night. But ever since the time change last Sunday, his sleep schedule is shot to sh!t. How can one measly hour difference create such havoc? He has been refusing to nap and I finally just leave him in his crib around 2, but he won't fall asleep for one whole hour. Then he wakes up late and his bedtime ends up being 10pm. The other day he was banging around in his crib until 11pm! I try rocking him, singing, putting him down in his crib (in the hopes he'll fall asleep on his own), nothing works.
What do you all think is the problem? It's not teething, he's had molars come in before, and they don't affect his sleep that much. Right now he's been in the crib since 2pm and it's 3:37pm. I went in around 3 to check on him and he had pooped. So I changed him, tried to soothe him again, offered water, put him down again. Nothing. He's still talking and banging around in his crib.
Should I just forget about the nap today? He didn't even sleep 10 hrs last night and he looks exhausted. Bags under the eyes and all that. I guess I'll wait a bit longer and see. This is so frustrating. If he doesn't nap, then he'll end up going to bed at 6, and that will suck b/c he'll be up before the birds wake up.
Any thoughts?

You have such an easygoing toddler, I'm jealous. Maybe if I have a girl next time it will be easier. I love my boy but he is a HANDFUL!
