bassinet sheets?

we are borrowing a bassinet from a friend of ours and I went and bought some bassinet sheets today....only problem, the bassinet sheets are oval and our bassinet "mattress" is rectangle.  Are all bassinet sheets oval? 

I tried putting our pack n play sheet on it but it is way too big.  The bassinet came with a cover on it but I wanted to put something else down and have extras since it will get dirty.  Baby will only be in the bassinet for two weeks, so I suppose one of those pads might suffice?

    i got square koala brand bassinet sheets from babies r us (online). check your measurements before you order as there are a lot of matress variations...

    What you probably want are "cradle" sheets.  If you are interested I can look if I still have mine and somehow meet you halfway this week.  FB msg me.

    Yeah, you want cradle sheets.  I have a couple that we never used b/c both boys hated the bassinet.  You can have them if you want - email me and let me know.  We ran into Todd and the boys today at the zoo, btw.

    BRU and Target both sale Bassinet and cradle sheets I believe. I know BRU does for sure. You want cradle sheets. They will fit. Bassinet sheets are oval and cradle are rectangle. My Dad built the cradle we used and I measured the cradle mattress before he built it and this is when I discovered that there is a difference.
