Classes in the Davenport area

Hi ladies! 

I'm in search of prenatal yoga and bradley classes, but everything I find is all the way out in Winter Park!  I'll make the trek if necessary, but I'd love to find something closer.  TIA!

    It's not much closer but Winnie Palmer has them. I'm interested in them too. Right now I do Body Flow at the Celebration Health fitness center. The instructors are great and tailor the poses to us pregos, I'd reccommend it!

    Celebration Health also has prenatal swimming classes which have been great! They also have a warm therapy pool which is great for backpain relief in late pregnancy. Where are you delivering?

    There are some Prenatal Yoga Classes held at the Winter Haven Regency. You can call them for more information. 863-294-7020.
