Ovulation question

I posted this on TTGP, but thought I would post here.  Would love you thoughts!  I had a early miscarriage in January, and the doc wanted to do an follow up ultra sound to make sure everything looked good.  When I had it done (March 2nd) there were lots of follicles there, and he said I should O within the next week or so, and it is now March 18th, and still no O!  Would the follicles be there that early if I haven't O'd yet?? I guess I am getting a little frustrated with my body, my cycle after MC was "normal" so not sure what is going onthanks!

    Your body could gear up to O and then not O ..Sometimes your body can still have wonky cycles after a loss I would keep temping and taking opks if you arent already

    Hmm...I'm not completely sure but I think that it just sounds like your body was gearing up to O but never did for whatever reason. It could have been stress related. Based on your CM throughout the month it does look like your body keeps trying but for whatever reason isn't.

    I think the follies are going to be there so long as your body is gearing up for O. Hopefully it will happen soon! Good luck!

    BFP #3: 10/2011 ectopic 11/2011 (right tube removed, learned left tube was probably nonfunctional due to scar tissue from infection after m/c)

    3 failed IUIs, IVF #1: 18R, 12M, 10F, 3 poor quality 5d embryos transferred= BFP #4!!!!!

    Betas: 9dp5dt: 64 ~14dp5dt: 91 (expecting miscarriage, doubling time of 236 hours) ~16dp5dt: 200~18dp5dt: 500

    First Ultrasound at 6w2d revealed two sacs, only one with a heartbeat

    LK arrived after 42 weeks on August 14, 2013! Beautiful, healthy, and happy!

    TTC#2: IVF booked for April 2015

    Surprise BFP#5 February 19, 2015 EDD: November 2, 2015

    Betas: 10dpo: 10, 14dpo: 77, 17dpo: 270

    First Ultrasound at 5w1d showed a miracle UTE baby! And right ovary ovulation to left fallopian tube.

    JD arrived at 38 weeks on October 20, 2015.

    I am in the same exact position.  1st cycle after mc was totally "normal" , now I got a positive OPK on Sunday, but did not O yet.  It is very frustrating!  I totally hear ya!
