How long after your loss did you and DH BD? (CP)

I have not been able to BD with DH yet... I just get too sad and think about how I should be pregnant. I am just wondering if this is normal or most people get right back in the swing of things... we are TTA until at least June.

    My OB told us to wait 6 weeks due to the elevated risk of infection.

    We are cleared to have sex (2 weeks after D&C), but I really do not have the desire. I was fine right after my 1st m/c, but this time I do not feel emotionally ready. It is too connected to pregnancy and loss now, and having to TTA makes it even more upsetting.

    We still haven't...doctors said 6 weeks so that will be next week.  We were not able to during the entire pregnancy and I felt terrible during IVF so we haven't since the beginning of Oct.

    I am actually a little nervous about it...so we will see when it happens.

    May 2011 = Myomectomy and trans-abdominal cerclage (TAC)
    Sep. 2011 = Surprise BFP = C/P
    Feb. 2012 = sFET #1 = BFN
    Feb.2012 = Hail Mary IUI #4 = BFN
    April/May 2012 = FET #2 w/our last two embies = BFP (Please let this be it!)

    Our little miracle baby is a boy. :)

    Baby Boy Owen and Baby Girl Avery were born too early on Feb. 13, 2011 due to a pedunculated fibroid, incompetent cervix and suspected placental abruption.

    We did at 4 weeks. I had a D&C so I had to wait 2 weeks per Doctor's orders, and then I wasn't ready for another two.

    i was cleared after two weeks, but it took another 6 weeks for us to be ready

     We did not the whole pregnancy either we tried... but it did not feel good... so its been since about October for us to.

    My first loss was in August but was complicated. I opted to wait to miscarry naturally but that didn't go well. I bled for four weeks and then had a D&C. So I think we went without BD for like 9 weeks that time? This time it's been 3 weeks since my D&C. My doctor told us we should wait until after my first AF. We will see though. I'm not sure if I'm emotionally ready.

    We waited one cycle, I think I was told to wait 2 weeks but we just waited out one cycle.  Oddly enough, that af was kind of cleansing on my psyche - that pregnancy was over and it was time to move on in life.

    With this chemical pregnancy, the only thing that's stopping us from BD is our schedules.  Too much stuff going on in our lives right now.

    I'm not even sure how long it was, but it was a loooong time.  I had a natural m/c and it was a slow process.  I spotted for a week, bled for about 4 weeks and then waited about 4 weeks for AF to show up.  I don't think we BD'd until after that AF was done.  I just wasn't in the mood.

    For us it ended up being just about 7 weeks.  I bled the first two weeks, then spotted on and off for the next two weeks totally killing the mood whenever we tried to BD.  I then got AF and she stayed around for a little over two weeks.  So once all that was done, it took another couple of days to get back into the saddle so to speak.

    My doctor told us nothing for 2 weeks then gave us the okay after my f/up appt post D&C.  But it was still a few days before hubby felt comfortable.  Even then he was so afraid of hurting me.  It was uncomfortable & felt a bit awkward but it's okay now.
