Progesterone Question

I am currently 5dp5dt and have been having on/off cramping since 2dp. They have gotten more frequent and strong, especially today. I know this question is asked a lot, but does prometrium cause cramping? I am taking 200mg 3x/day. I think I already know the answer, but I am kind of holding out hope that the cramps are from the embies implanting. Other than that, I feel nothing!! This 2ww is going sooo slowly!!

Prog. Supps do cause cramps, but I really hope the cramps you're feeling are due to the embies snuggling in.

This was me EXACTLY after my IVF cycle. I kept telling myself it was nothing, but I think it was implantation in my case (although it continued well into my 1st tri - although not quite as strong as directly after ET, so maybe it was partly progesterone). Anyways, I'm just saying it could def be implantation!! I think I read somewhere that after a 5dt that embies should be implanting (if they are going to) within the 1st 24-48 hours. GL!!!

I hate that progesterone side effect can be similar to PG symptoms. I hope in your case that it is implantation cramping!!!!

I'm on progesterone too, but only 100 2x a day. I have had pretty bad cramps while on it, but I'm hoping it's the same reason even though I'm only 4dpiui. A girl can dream, can't she?
