Big hugs to you!  The fact the your hGc numbers are continuing to double is very good news.  I know it must be really hard to wait for the U/S.

Something very similar happened to me at 6 weeks and again at 10 weeks.  It was really scarey! 

You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers.

    I saw your response below and just wanted to chime in that I have my fingers crossed for you. It sounds promising that your hGc is high and they saw the embryonic sac intact in there.....thinking of you!

    Thank you ladies! Admittedly I knew very little of this type of hemorrhaging but I've been hearing many stories like mine that have a happy ending. I'm hoping and praying I'm one of those women! But gosh, its so nerve wrecking . The u/s is tomorrow morning at 7am. I'll be sure to update you!

    The beginning is so scary, especially if there's bleeding. But doubling hcg levels are great, as is a growing sac & embryo! I hope your u/s tomorrow shows good news! How far along will you be?

    I'll be 6wks 2days tomorrow. Feels like I found out ages ago, but in reality it's only been a couple of weeks :))) I think I'm just too anxious to get into the "safer woods" of 2nd tri.

    Good luck tomorrow!  When I had my first US with #2, they didn't see a heartbeat and I think it was 5w3d or somewhere around there.  I was devastated and as much as they reassure you, it still consumed all my thoughts.  Turns out I had calculated my LMP wrong so when I went in for another US (measured at 6w2d) there was the flicker of the heartbeat.  Hang in there!  It's very reassuring your hcg numbers are doubling too.

    I just wanted to chime in to tell you good luck tomorrow and I'll be thinking of you.  I know this is such a scary time even without complications so it's twice as difficult when there is something to worry about.  Keep a positive outlook and let us know how things go.
