Well, last week I was very, very bad. Clearly, if I don't plan, I don't really cook.
Here's all I did last week:
Wed: Braised crispy duck legs, mashed sweet potatoes, braised mixed cabbages
Thurs: out
Fri: Sole muniere, mashed potatoes, and salad
Sat: out
Sun: out
Mon: Chicken paprikash, buttermilk biscuits, salad
Tues: out
So here's this week. I'm trying to be better. We always eat out (and separately) Tuesdays, but we also have a family dinner scheduled for Sunday.
Wed: Penne amatriciana
Thurs: Fish, roasted potatoes, salad
Fri: Herb & lemon roasted chicken, mashed potatoes, braised red chard
Sat: Four-cheese lasagna with artichokes and prosciutto
Sun: out
Mon: Chicken and beans in the crockpot
Tues: out

Sat- up in the air as we're having some company
Sun- up in the air as we're not sure if we're going out to dinner or staying home
Mon- Spring Chicken Tortellini
Tues- meatball subs and salad
Wed- meat marinade with noodles and a veggie
Sat may be make your own pizza
Sun may be tacos with guacomole and salsa

Sunday: Out (still in celebratory mode)
Monday: Out (pizza for DS)
Tuesday: fresh eggs and bacon
Wednesday: Veggies & Tofu in peanut sauce
Tonight: Curried vegetables over cous cous or quinoa
Tomorrow: Out (heading North for the day)
Saturday: Veggie burgers and baked beans
Haven't started planning for next week yet.

What are irish nachos? I wondered whether anyone was making something special for tonight.
I dont have specif days
Pumpkin waffles -organic pumpkin, milk, flour, and regular other stuffs
Crepes with free range ham, cheddar cheese, organic avocado, tomatoes, olives
Roasted Asparagus with salt/pepper/parm cheese.
Herb roasted pork tenderloin
Roasted root Veg
Herb whole roasted Chicken
Organic blueberry pancakes from scratch
Bacon/ eggs
Beef stew with red wine
Breakfast cupcakes
Skirt Steak Fajitas with home made guacamole.
All sort of mix and matched through the next week or two.
Grand total 300ish and will feed us for a week, hopefully 2.
Nacho toppings with waffle fries instead of chips! We did seasoned Boca crumbles, cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, scallions & jalapenos.

Tonight- Corned beef and cabbage

Sat- Blue Crab Spaghetti- It has a cuban name, but I don't know how to spell at all. This is DHs b day dinner
Sun- probably a roast
Next week I know I am making sausage & chard lassagna, a quiche to get rid of all our eggs, and chili. Not sure what else yet
