Extreme Pressure

For the past few hours I have been feeling an EXTREME amount of pressure in my low low stomach. I've been feeling pressure for a few weeks (my OB can't believe how low she is).. but this is a whole new experience I'm feeling! I'm headed to the doctor in about an hour.. but just wondering if anyone else is feeling this? I can hardly walk!!

    I felt like that the day before my water broke and I went into labor - and I was 38w5d.  BTW, I was not dilated any more when I went into labor than I was a couple days earlier at my OB appt, so don't fret if your OB says you don't have any progress.  GL!
