Any Bakers?

So I'm starting a bakery! I'm really excited, and I've been working on my business plan/business cards and such but I am so confused by all of the different business licenses and things that I need.

I'm going to specialize in cupcakes and mini pies and tarts. I'm also going to be doing specialty cakes, but still working on perfecting those.

    No business advice, but I wanted to say good luck!  You're staying in this area now, right?  Maybe you can cater desserts for a Bumpie GTG some day, once your business is off the ground. :-)

    Also, you may want to edit your post to remove the last sentence since you are pimping your own business.  It's probably against TOS.  I believe asking for recs is ok, but asking for business is not.  Just a heads-up.
