DH and I checked into the hospital on Sunday night at 730pm, and settled in for my induction. I was in active labor by 8pm on Monday night, and LO arrived at 4:08am on Tuesday, 3/15!
Andrew Tomas was 8lb 9.7oz and 21.75in long at 9 days overdue. We got home yesterday, (3/16) and are battling with breast feeding at the moment. Fortunately we have 4h until our first pedi appt, and will hopefully get some help/relief then. When we left the hospital, LO was doing such a good job, and my colostrum was abundant. Now 15h later, I barely have anything coming out and it's just a nightmare(I've tried pumping, too)
Pictures and complete birth story to follow. Thanks for all of your support, congrats and good luck to the rest of the March Mamas!
Also, Happy St. Patrick's Day!
