    I was wondering about him too.  I haven't seen him in any of the news articles, so hopefully that means he wasn't too badly hurt.  Let us know!

    I know I'm not Kle2922; but the news update was right - Dave was treated and released. He's home with his family. Luckily, it seems that the worst of his injuries were a few lacerations. So scary!

    Thanks for checking! As noted, Dave is home and doing well.  The seat belt lacerated his chest, which was the brunt of his injuries.  Luckily he didn't have a broken neck, back or ribs, just lots of internal bruising.  Unfortunatly the 16 year girl who was in the other car is still in critical condition at Miami Valley hospital. A few second difference and that would have been his car.  How quickly life can change in an instant.

    I've been thinking about this too. I'm thankful your friend made it virtually unharmed. It looked and sounded like a horrid accident.
