(Quick backstory, I live in Germany with Jake until the summer, exFI lives back in Canada. I have full physical custody, but we share legal custody 50/50)

I took Jake to get a haircut, and my ex flipped out saying he wanted to be there. Um, it's kinda far to travel for a haircut. Jake really needed the haircut, I wasn't going to wait another four months. And haircuts don't fall under the "legal" custody. Not to mention, it wasn't even his first haircut.

He doesn't see the need to discipline, nor baby proof his apartment this summer when he has Jake. (I just laughed)

He's just so ridiculous about things.

    That's the most foolish thing I have heard in awhile.  I'd tell him, "Okay, next time he needs a haircut I'll let you know 2 weeks in advance so you can get an $800 plane ticket to come to Germany from Canada to watch his 10 minute haircut."
