They called me this morning and the Vp had to go to a court case in Seattle and didnt think he would be done by the 11 interview time. So we recheduled for 4pm today. I just got home a little bit ago. I met with the pres and vp this time. Seattle is the headquarters for this company (its has a handful of offices over the west half of the country) so they wanted to meet with me as I would potentially be not just an admin but thier executive assistant. This was technically my 3rd interview with this comany. Once with the HR lady in Portland Oregon, on e with the office manager and accounting manager and then today. This was by far the toughest interview. They asked so many "senario" questions that didnt even have realevance to the job I will be doing. I knew they were trying to get a feel for how I work underpresure and how my people and management skills are. I felt a little like I was being interigated. Yet both men were very easy going and I felt relaxed. I really think the interview went well. It was tough but I think that I was able to show my skills and personailty. I walked out of there a little stunned at how hard the interview was, but I know that I did my best and that I portrayed myself in the way I think they were looking for me to be. Now comes the really hard part. Waiting for final word. Dear lord help me not stress eat every pound I have lost while I wait for my phone to ring!

You know stupid me did not ask that question!

they did say there was 2 other applicants to interview and they had a tough decision to make. I am mailing off in the morning two thank you notes and if I havent heard anything by next Tuesday I will followup with a phone call.
