butter fingers

anyone else have them? why is it that i keep dropping things when i'm at the point in my life where it's so difficult to bend over?! ugh!

Re: butter fingers

  • When my hands are really swollen I drop things a lot because I can't grip them properly.  I just look at DH and then at the thing I dropped and he picks it up for me.

Haha, that is one well-trained husband! :) My husband sighs and then picks it up for me too. I think he's started to like taking care of me though, I'm normalyl such an independent person I think it annoys him sometimes.

  • That is true for me too, he does sometimes give me a look or sigh but he still does it. It's important in our house to keep things off the floor as the dogs/cats may eat or okay with it so he really doesn't have a choice. The dogs are loving me right now because they don't normally get people food and when I drop it I can't move fast enough to keep them from snatching it up before they do.
