random thought- baby safe paper?

This is a weird request but you ladies are so good at helping me hunt stuff down.  Anyone ever found baby-safe paper?  My LO loves to chew on paper and I don't love the idea of him sucking on the regular paper we have lying around- seems like three might be bleach and other chemicals in it?  Any suggestions?  Thanks!

    Ha ha - I was thinking the same thing yesterday as my dd attempted to gobble down a receipt (i think they have bpa or something)

    Actually I saw this once at a little boutique near my home town. It's called Pinky Scout if you want to google it. They had this baby paper and basically it was paper that someone had sewed cloth around it if that makes sense. So it would crunch like paper but it wasn't.

    I saw some like this at Spotted goose in Oakley.I think they actually use a stiff plastic in the middle to give that crinkly sound. I was going to try and make my own, just waiting on the time to appear :).
