I forgot all about periods...

I was thinking about it this morning and realized I had now idea so I thought I'd ask. I was reading a few posts down about people still bleeding 3 weeks later, so when does your period start up again?

Sorry if that doesn't make sense, my brain is in 50 places right now.

It varies, especially if you are going to BF. I know someone how had hers 3 months PP, and another person who is still waiting 6 months PP.

You def bleed longer then three weeks pp. when you get ur period can vary alot, like pp said. if you bf and your body has to adjust.

It really varies. If you are breastfeeding, you might be waiting a long time.

I was 15 months out when I got my first PP period, but some folks get them within just a few months!

I didn't have my first real period until DS was 14 months old because I was BF for his first year.

Now I will let all the new moms know that I stopped bleeding then had what I thought was my first period at about 7 weeks. About a month after that I was majorly freaking out that my birth control had failed and I would have 2 kids in 12 months.

I BF'd both of my kids til 14 months; with #1, I got my first PPP at 9 months; with #2, I got it at 8 months.
