1st meeting with OB today - wish me luck

I am on pins and needles because I am meeting with my OB for the first time today (found out I was pg 3/6). I am so nervous he is going to give me a flat out NO the the VBAC question. My husband is very nervous because things did NOT go well with my 1st child (to say the least). So he will be on board with a VBAC but is nervous as well. So many emotions!!!! I don't live in a very large town so there is only one OB firm in town. This pregnancy though I plan on rotating through all the docs and asking the VBAC question.

    It went well! He said he saw no reason we could not do a try for a VBAC. Even made a joke that if we didn't try then he would say my odds for a C/S were 100% (he had been telling me he couldn't give me my odds).

    My blood pressure was one of the reason for my first c/s and although it was a tad high he said it was no cause for alarm. It is NEVER high at home and I tried to explain that and he said "he can only go on what he sees". Which I understand. I felt like I was one of my students who swears they study as they make lots of failing grades - wink, wink - sure you do. :) 

    I pray that things will go well. Good VBAC vibes!
