My poor baby's skin...help!

I know there have been some posts about spitting up and baby acne, but I wasn't really having the issue so I don't remember much of the posts so I apologize in advance if I'm askng the same things again.

About a week ago LO started spitting up alot. Not to the point where I was concered to have the formula changed, although he has been crying through bottles all day, ugh!!! Well...now he has bumps all under his neck, and even on the back of his neck. I've been putting aquaphor on it and wiping his neck each time he eats but it's not going away. It doesn't seem to be bothering him but it look terrible. Does anyone know of a secret cure? TIA

    we are going through the same thing right now. i read the only thing really to do is wash it a few times a day with a warm washcloth and pat dry and make sure not to scrub at it. I also ready you can use a mild face cleanser but im too scared to use a non baby cleanser on LOs face.

    My LO has this as well, and my pedi today told me to go buy Cortaid cream, and apply it twice a day for about a week and it should help. I hope it does work, you should try it!

    My DD's face is covered in acne and she has dry skin on her forehead and the top of her balding head, the poor thing!

    I forgot to ask her pedi what I could do for it.

    I have been using California Baby's Calendula Cream.  I LOVE IT!!  If he has a blemish or red mark or anything, it's gone within a few hours of putting the cream on.  I even put it on my face tonight to see if it would even out my skin lol!

    Ooooo I LOVE the CA baby products, the tea tree wash helped with LO's dry scalp/forehead along with the sensitive skin daily lavender lotion. I was wondering what the calendula cream was for, I will have to give that a try!

    Were going through the same thing, bumps on cheeks chin and neck and super dry skin. Asked the pedi and she said it's not actually baby acne it's cradle cap, and it just decided to manifest on her cheeks instead of her scalp. We were told to rub Vaseline on the areas that are super dry and where milk usually drips down to protect her skin and use 1% cortisone on the red bumpy areas to help with the inflammation. I have also instituted "naked time" a couple hours a day where she gets to hang out sans clothing and let those areas where onesies usually rub have a break and air out. It's helped alot. Good luck!
