  Sorry you are feeling so badly.  Sounds a lot like my yesterday evening.  Hope you are able to get some rest soon.

  My whole body is hurting me tonight. My back is so sore, I had sciatic nerve issues before getting pregnant, that it hurts no matter what position I am in. My hips are sore, I have some sharp pains right below my ribs, and baby boy has been moving non stop since the sun has gone down...now I just want to go to sleep but I am laying on the couch wide awake while DH is fast asleep in our room...maybe I should clean the kitchen up from dinner.

  I agree with PP.  I wish I had realized months ago how much better the ball would make me feel.  I was just trying to soften things up, but it really helped with my hip and back pain.
