Mild food allergies?

Luc always gets a red slightly raised bumpy rash on his cheeks and hands when we eat anything with tomato in it. Could he have a mild allergy? It always goes away but I even notice that where the tomato sauce touches his skin it gets red. He never gets anything on his trunk but sometimes gets a "target rash" you know where the day after. I feel bad for just noticing...

    I think this is common. We can't have cinnamon on our skin or we get a rash - but it's fine if he eats it. My friend's kid gets this with tomato sauce, and another friend's kid gets it with ranch dressing of all things.....

    Ryan has mild food allergies -- milk and tomato...not enough to stop them from his diet but enough that they showed on an allergy test.

    Audrey gets a horrible red face with ranch dressing but tested negative for allergies.

    Don't feel bad for just noticing, it's about the same time I noticed with mine too!
