Last night I tried and tried and tried and just couldn't get the darn thing on correctly. After refreshing my brain on some youtube videos, I attempted it again this afternoon. After Jake's bath today, we had a nice long discussion. I gave him a pep talk about how he was going to hold still for mommy while she slapped it on his bottom, and he listened! It was a little bit easier this time around. Phew!
Re: Prefolds are intimidating!
I do have lots of KL0s and BG xs bamboos, but I want to master these prefolds! I want to be the mom who's like, "Yeah...Jake's got a Diaper Rite prefold on jelly roll style with a Bummis wrap over it!"
Not sure if you've seen these videos, but I think they're pretty good. Of course, I haven't done this on a real baby yet!
