Are you dilated?? Poll!

As of my last appointment which was a week ago today...I was still tight as a clam in my cervix. I was seeing the nurse practitioner because my dr was out of town. She even mentioned that my cervix might be unfavorable...I dont exactly know what all that means though. Any ideas? Looking forward to seeing him on Thursday. I am so hoping for a change with all the cramping I have had! I am so impatient!

    I was in the same boat last week. Tomorrow is my 40 week appointment - we'll see if anything has changed!

    I had my appointment yesterday.  Doctor said baby's head is extremly low, I am 75% effaced and 2 cm dilated.  She said she would be surprised if I made it to my appointment next Monday! Woo for some progress!

    Nope.  Last week I wasn't and I had an appointment today and the midwife didn't even check.  She said there was no point, hah!

    I was dilated a fingertip and 50% effaced at 36 weeks, 1cm and 60% effaced at 37 weeks, and 2cm and 75% effaced at 38 weeks. I am being induced at 39 weeks.

    At my 37 week I was dilated a fingertip. She didn't check at 38 weeks. My 39 week appt is thurs so I'm hoping for progress so maybe we can strip my membranes.

    "1cm and soft" at my 37 wk appt.  I go tomorrow, so i'm hoping for slight progress... not that it means much, but it will make me feel like my body is doing it's job!  haha  Just less progress i will have to make when I'm actually in labor!

    At my appt. last week I was not dilated, and the baby was sitting high.  I still think he is nice and high.  I haven't had any contractions or any signs of labor.

    Yesterday at my appointment I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced.  The week prior I was 0 and 0.

    At my last appointment on Friday I was still not dilated. I go again this friday and I just pray that there is progress!

    I go back tomorrow morning but for the last 2 weeks I have been 1-2cm

    37 wks: Dilated 1, baby "high"

    38 wks: Still dilated 1, baby "low" at station 1

    39 wks, today: UGH! Still dilated 1, baby is super low  and cervix is now "soft"

    At least I'm having a little progress but I would feel so much better if I would dilate just a little bit each visit. I've had spotting twice in the past week so I was really hopeful for today's visit.

    My doctor plans on inducing next week. I would really rather things get going before that happens!

    41 wks and cervix is ~1.5cm (she didn't say %effaced) and a wee bit dilated at the tip, medium soft. So basically, I got nothing going on.

    Have not been checked since 37 weeks, but last time I had no progress, aside from soft cervix.  Going back on Friday and scheduling induction.  Praying for progress!!!

    37 weeks: nothing at all

    38 weeks: no dilation but 50% effaced, doc says progress is what he likes to see- woohoo!

    39 weeks: absolutely no change (and very disappointed) without any contractions.  I was also told that my cervix is unfavorable and unless it changes we can't talk induction until 41 week appt.

    37 wks: closed and starting to soften

    38 wks: 1cm and 50% effaced

    39 wks(today): 1cm and 90% effaced. and I lost my MP yesterday so yay for progress!

    2.5cm dilated and 70% effaced at 36 weeks. am going in on Friday hopefully more good news my way.

    37 weeks I was low and 1 Cm , 38week I was still 1cm then they stripped my membranes and I was at 2cm tomorrow I have my 39 week appointment I really hope lo will be here soon cause Ive been having a ton of contractions all day today and its not fun but they are super irregular.,

    I was 1cm and 50% three days ago at 39w1d. Also "nice and soft" and baby's head is apparently engaged and no longer floating...I don't know what that means as far as station.

    I guess I feel slightly better now, or at least more normal. I was 1 cm and soft at my 37 week appointment and pretty much the same (maybe 1.5 cm) at my 39 week. It was hard to know for sure, because the NP did my appointment the second time and I gather it's hard to get an accurate comparision this early from person to person.

    Yup I was happy to hear that I was 2+cm and 50% effaced.  I know that it could mean nothing, but it is 2cm I don't have to dilate later. 

    Also I was only 1cm and 20% the day before my water broke with DS so don't get discuraged.
