When people break plans last min (this bugs the crap out of me!)
when DH leaves the toilet seat up (really how hard is it to put it down?!)
finally when people who talk on their cell phones super loud in public

Funny that you used "i.e" which means "that is" in latin (or the way I like to remember it "in essence"). I believe you meant "e.g." or "for example". This happens to be one of my pet peeves. Of course, there are probably typos and grammatical errors in my comment, which usually happens when you try to correct someone online!

When someone leaves bits of food in the kitchen sink after doing dishes.
My biggest pet peeve (today) is when the stupid self check-out machines don't work! It tells you that you didn't put your item in the bagging area when you totally did, and then just to be a jerk, it starts beeping and flashing its lights, and you've got to just stand there like a moron waiting for help from the teenager running the "Help Desk" who would much rather be texting his girlfriend and who really doesn't care about the fact that your ice cream is going to melt while you stand there helplessly.
Can you tell that this happened to me today? Man, am I bitter... :-)

mine are:
1. people with no table manners
2. dishes left in the sink over night (just put them in the dishwasher already)
3. bad drivers
4. DH snoring

Both of these things happened earlier.
People who chew with their mouths wide open (DH is doing this as we speak)
People who always monopolize conversations
People who are unreliable
