Heres a post for all those with morning sickness. What has worked.
What works"
1) eating gluten free ginger snaps and generic brand frosted mini wheats (they have more folic acid than regular) when I get up in the middle of the night to pee, and a few bites when I get out of bed.
2) half tab of unisom 30 minutes before bed
what doesn't work"
1) orange juice in the morning (bleck)
2) ginger ale in the morning (too bubbly) but works in the afternoon
Ok Ladies... lets hear your remedies.
Re: morning sickness - what works, what doesn't
None of the above for me.
Yesterday, it was a can of room temp regular coke (suggested by someone who used to work in an OB's office).
This morning while dry heaving and driving to work at the same time (lovely) it was string cheese.
Previously, lifesavers hard candy.
Works
Eating every 1.5 hours
* nursing... for some reason when I am still nursing I don't have morning sickness

Taking crackers with me everywhere! I constantly have crackers - on my bedside table, in my purse, in my car and at my desk. If I start to feel nauseous I eat a few crackers and drink a bottle of water. It's making me feel much better.
