Okay, more like 20 weeks, I was a bit behind! S and E had immunizations today. As usual, E screamed like a banshee and I had to hold her tight. Poor kid hates needles! Luckily she's done till grade 5. She was bragging to everyone after that she did awesome (ha! right). She came in at 44 inches and 43 lbs, about 85%.
Then S had her turn, took her shots and then screamed blue murder. E helped distract her and gave her hugs after, it was pretty sweet. Then S' turn for the scale. 19lbs 10oz! And just over 27"...not on the chart. We have a baby Buddha. So the nurse says to me she's going to fax the height/weight chart to my doc (we go to public health clinics for immunizations here) so he can monitor her weight. I'm not concerned, she's maintained on the growth curve for height, and slightly curving down for weight. She started off at 10lb 12oz, so I doubt she was meant to be small! Not to mention there is a family history, we are not small!! I'm 5'9" and according to the growth rates, etc, all but E are going to be much taller than me.
I did point out to the nurse her sisters all started out like that, and they are on the low end of the BMI now. She said oh, yeah, I guess that's true!! Yeah, I'm not putting a 4 month old on a diet... Fun times.
Sorry this was so long....no adult conversation yet today!!
Re: 4 month stats
Woo, round babies are so cute!
Also, OMG. Margaux is only a couple of pounds heavier.
I love round babies! Yeah, I get that a lot...her cousin is 9 months, 15lbs and 26", she's my little doll! K and T were big like that (actually, so was L...), E was only 18lbs at 12 months. I'm thinking her car seat can stay in the car now that it's warming up, it's murder to carry. And going to keep an eye out for a convertible. And see if I can talk MIL into babysitting, I need a massage, my back is killing me.
Let's see if PIP works this time:
I have to upload more photos off my camera...this one was 3 weeks ago!
I love that pic of Margaux, so cute!
My Blog

I love chubby little babies.
Good stats! You will have a healthy solid eater on your hands soon. DD's 6 month appt. is next week, and I am hoping for 16Lbs. Since putting her on solids, she has been gaining weight consistently.
And nice stats for the older girls as well!
