The video came late yesterday and I am SO excited to get started! I'd love to do it today when DS naps but I don't think the weights will be here until late today. Is it better to wait for Day 1 until tomorrow when I have the weights or is it not a big deal to start without them?
Also, if you have started it what day are you on and how are your results so far? I am really hoping this gets me ready for summer clothes (hello sundresses!).

Great idea! Thanks!! My only concern about that is my girls wanting to use veggie cans too. Hmmm..
It would definately be better with weights, but probably can be done without. I like the veggie can idea. Or other heavier object might work. You are just doing presses, lifts, and rows.
I am on day 9. I am at level 2/week 2. I can definatly tell I am stronger, and getting more tone. Good luck.
