Is this pregnancy related?

in Pregnant after IF

I have been ridiculously itchy for the past 4 days. The thing is, I'm itchy in really odd spots. For example, the palms of my hands itch like crazy.

Anybody else? Or am I alone on the itchy island?

    Not a 100% sure if it is related to pregnancy or not but I have been super itchy since about 12 weeks...of course that also coincides with winter time.  I usually get itchy skin in the winter anyway but it does seem to be increased.  Awhile ago I actually  scratched myself so hard that I drew blood.

    Dry skin is really common in pregnancy, so make sure you lotion up after showers and throughout the day. There's also a condition known as PUPPS that's basically pregnancy-induced severe itching, but it's not terribly common and I don't think it sets in until later in pregnancy. You could page LVBLVD on SAIF, she had PUPPS pretty bad at the end of her last pregnancy.

    I've been super itchy and my skin has been super dry lately. Ick!

    Tell your dr. I told them I was really itchy everywhere and they said it's a concern if it is especially your palms and soles of your feet, could be a liver condition that happens in late pregnancy. It's easily checked with bloodwork.

    In the very beginning my hands were really dry and irritated. Now I still itch occasionaly but moreso on my arms. I say normal.

    My boobs look like they are covered in a rash because I have been scratching them so much!!!!!!  My stomach is itchy too.
