Need HELP! grrr!

Ok so I'm obviously doing someting VERY wrong here with my signature.  All I want to do is put a picture in there, but the link I'm putting isn't working.  Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?  PLeeeease?? Before I lose my mind LOL!  I know it can't be THAT hard! Confused
